Nawierzchnia zniechęcająca do jeżdżenia

Rabotstraat w Gandawie jest na tym odcinku ulicą jednokierunkową dla aut. Wyłączony pas ruchu wyróżnia nawierzchnia. O ile z nawierzchnią "zniechęcającą do chodzenia" na deptakach (której ideą jest np. zniechęcenie do deptania po torowisku) już się spotkałem, o tyle z nawierzchnią "zniechęcającą do jeżdżenia" na ulicach - jeszcze nie.
