Jakartovice są trochę oszukanym kolejowym końcem świata, ponieważ tor kończy się dopiero 4 km dalej, na przystanku Svobodné Heřmanice, położonym wg mapy w szczerym polu. Niegdyś linia ta docierała do leżącego kolejne 5 km dalej niespełna 2,5-tysięcznego Horního Benešova, lecz z powodu szkód górniczych ruch na końcowym odcinku wstrzymano w 1970 roku. W 2005 roku skrócono wszystkie kursy pasażerskie do Jakartovic, a 6 kwietnia 2014 roku polegnie ostatni odcinek z Opawy do Jakartovic (na całej trasie do Svobodných Heřmanic pozostanie ruch towarowy).   • Przejezdny jest odcinek Opava-východ - Svobodné He?manice. W 1970 roku zamkni?to, a pó?niej rozebrano jeszcze dalszy odcinek Svobodné He?manice - Horní Benešov.
